9:45 am - 18.6 miles with a good 4 miles plus above the fog/smog up and around Herriman.  The 4 miles of clear air were absolutely wonderful, I was sad to have to descend back into the gunk.  I could have definitely turned this into a 20 but 18.6 was good enough.  I will have to hit this loop again.

Looks like you're starting off the year with some good miles.

Thanks Terry! I am trying to have a good consistent year. I would like to break 1:20 at Riverton (weather permitting) and 2:50 at Ogden this year. I am certain there will be a Riverton Half training run in the near future. I will keep you posted.

Hey, if you hit that loop again and want company, I'm in! Nice job yesterday Chad!

Lily, that loop is up behind my hood! It is a wonderful elevation gainer :) I'd tag along too...and I wouldn't even punch Chad for making me do it :)

Nice work Chad, that is a killer workout. Makes my 120ft/mile climb back home up 12600S look kind of pathetic. Okay, really pathetic. I know you'll hit your goals this year! No questions.

Thanks Lily and Rachel! I will probably be looking to hit it again on the 18th (late morning). We can go 18 without deep snow or add in the snow and get in 20. Paul Fulton would like to get in on the 18th as well.

C'mon smalls, you're killing me! :) I will definitely keep it in mind, but with 33 on 2/15 I might take a pansy card. We shall see :)
