Hey, I passed you as I was headed up 12600 South (or whatever the road is at that point in time, right before 6400 West). I was going to honk and say HI, but I was coming from behind you and I know how those kind of HONKS can scare a runner half to death!!!

NICE RUN, super fast and you were going uphill and flying when I saw you!

Thanks, I find it odd how the same effort can be much faster from one day to the next. I run with my Garmin but I only use while running to track my mile splits (plus it hard to see in the dark) and sometimes it suprises me what my splits are. Other times they are as slow as I thought.

You probably could have honked, but I don't think I need the adrenaline rush at that time. Good luck at St. George. I am looking forward to your race report.

Believe me, you do not want anyone honking at you from behind. It scares the daylight right out of you.
