Perhaps the skinniest healthy runner you will meet. I am 6'-1" and 123lbs. It doesn't matter if I run or not it is just how I am built.
I am 38, married (Aubrey) and have two boys Steffin (9) & Alex (6)
5:15 am - Shaggy Mountain w/ Dave, Melanie and Bryan
5am - 10 miles from Matt's. Somehow we found ourself doing 6:50's for the last 4.
6am - Anne's Trail w/ Melanie and Dave. Last 2 miles in 6:53 and 5:58.
5:15 am - 10 from Scott's house w/ Scott, Matt and Reed.
5:15 am - Home loop w/ Dave, Melanie and Mandy. Left calf was a bit tight and sore (will stretch out).
5:15 am - Shaggy Mountain w/ Dave, and Mandy
5:00 am - Murdock w/ Matt
5:30 am - Anne's Trail solo - 1:17:20 pushed the last 2 miles.
5:00 am - Apline loop from Matt's w/ Matt and Reed.
