7:30 am - 18.0 miles with perhaps the biggest group to assemble for a non-sponsored February morning  group run (30+ people).  I started out as the leader of the group guiding all through the first half of the Riverton Half course.  At about the 7 mile mark the super speed guy group got a little to fast for my taste so I let them go and ran the rest of the half on my own (they had Walter to direct them).  Upon finishing the half I wated a bit for Julie, Kelli and Rachelle to finish up and we went out and did another 5 miles.  Rachelle was feeling zippy and gave the last mile a nice push.  All in all it was a good long tiring run.

Thanks for the great idea to meet in Riverton and for the guiding the pack. What a cool experience it was to have so many people show up for a cold February morning run.
