YToday was speed. We ran up to the track and did 2 laps then a mile of speed changes. Then we did 6x800s. I felt awful for some reason. Not like anything in particular was hurting, just generally felt sluggish and felt like I couldn't hit my times, kind of lethargic. Maybe my cold just hit me hard? I read somewhere that colds make you tired. Anyway, the first one was too fast, but it felt too fast from the start so I expected that. 2:42. Then slowed down a lot and got 2:56, 2:57? 2:58? 3:02-3:04, 2:55-2:56. Idk really, I didn't have my garmin because I misplaced it. I need to take better care of things. My hips and legs started to hurt weird but I think it was because of wearing trainers. We had a lap between each for recovery. Then did a grass lap and back to the school for cool down.
