Today I had early morning practice with cross country. we had to run 4 200s and 4 400s around the track. I was super worn out at the end. I had a really hard time doing them. I am NOT good at speed workouts!!!!! i breath waaay heavier than anyone who was around me. i am not good at that stuff! in PE i ran a mile. after school we ran up to This Is The Place park. I took the shorter route. Then Bill had us run all around trying to figure out where he should have the route of the race tomorrow set out. After he had figured it out, he told us to run it again and head back to the track. I ran about half of it and went back with olivia because my knees were killing and her IT band was hurting. I was very tired after all of that and was ready to just go take a nap! this turned out to be 11.5 miles for me. |
