Pool was closed and I don't have a bike anymore, I really didn't want to do stationary bike either. Decided to just go for a run. My foot pain really isn't anything major, and I figure if I've been able to run on it for a month without making things worse I should be fine. Plus I really need to adjust to elevation and build up some base mileage. I took Dike's all the way this time, 7:48 average.
