I need more sleep. Today my legs felt kind of heavy and I was exhausted from a long day of work, but other than that I felt good. Went up to the Zoo trail and took it over to the Red Butte drinking fountain, then took adventure run backwards to Foothill and back home via 13th. Beautiful day.
