AM: 4 with Megan PM: Today we did the normal warmup of 2 laps, stretching, and drills. Then distance went up to sunnyside and did a lap, then started our fartlek. We did 10x1:30 on 1:30 off. For the first bit I just stayed with Dakota and John, then I fell off and just put as much effort as I could into it. Good news! I decided to roll out my IT band this morning and my hip didn't hurt! :) Then we did another lap and down to the track, then I added .5 with Tomy and Chris and a little more after that to get to 8. |
