2 mile loop with Maddy (7:05 pace, phew) and then 4 more on my own, 7:26 average. Talked to coach briefly. The girls are meeting up for summer workouts starting on June 19 so I have some time to get back into the faster pace and increase my mileage, which is a relief because I am so not where I need to be. I'd say I'm out of shape but that's not really it, I'm just not in collegiate running shape if you know what I mean? Though I haven't exactly been trying to run faster, it just has sort of happened. Feels good though.
