I was late to practice today (whoops) so I only got in the last lap of warmups. Then did the form mile and started the workout. Did a mile warmup (7:30something) then went straight into the 60%. It was only 4 miles, I was 6:28-6:29 average. Lunch wasn't as good the second time around. Then ran back to the track and I did main street short loop to get to 12. |
