After work I went back to the pool and did 10 minute warmup, 10x2 minute on 1 minute off, 15 minute cool down. Definitely have not missed pool running. I am actually pretty sore from core yesterday, maybe that's an indication that I should be doing core everyday.... :O I saw something interesting on the way home, some guy didn't read the signs at Harmons saying not to take the carts past the yellow line, a cover went over the wheel of his cart and he was trying to drag it across the street. Apparently those things do work. |
