wow..I'm really slacking on my blogging!!! I am starting to feel less tired during the day and am thinking about going up to 4 next week. I think the game plan is to just rest for the first two weeks of adding mileage and not overdo during the day....kind of have that tendency of being supermom, housecleaner, teacher, cook, and fashion designer on the side. :) my times are getting faster too...yay! I've been sub 30:00 all this week with 29:22 today.
