I only ran .3 of this but I did walk 2 miles. Yesterday was just too much for me. We had art class at my house in the morning, chess club in the afternoon and friends over for dinner at night. I'm kind of in the " I want to sit all day and relax" stage and hosting events all day long wore me out! So when I woke up this morning I seriously couldn't even run..walking was almost unbearable too. Sasha told me to "shake my fist" at the fatigue..not "get in a fight" however. So I just ran around the block once at a quick pregnant mama speed. I think I started out at 9:20 and ended up sub 10:00 avg for the lap. Yay..it gave me the confidence I needed to get through my day without feeling sorry for myself that I couldn't run this morning. |
