Tempo run today. Warmed up 1 mile super slow because I was kind of tired from these weeks training already. Then I ran 2 miles in 8:30 and 8:20 ish...cooled down really really slow....I was feeling kind of sluggish. Felt tired after the run but then felt great today..made some super yummy enchiladas for dinner...think I'll add this recipe to my collection. Tired now..ready for bed...snore.... |
