So we're taking two weeks off of running, last week I didn't do much I just let my body rest but this week I'm doing some cross training. So today I went swimming, my workout was 200free warm up the 10×(50m swim the shallow jog the deep) then 200free where I go from breathing every two strokes to every three etc. which I changed every 50m. Then a 100m cool down; 50free 50breaststoke. |
