  • Work up to higher mileage
  • Race a half marathon

  • Run a marathon.
  • Keep running and stay fit for the rest of my life.

Personal:

Just graduated from Lehi High School and am headed down to SUU this fall. Besides running I also love hiking, boating, paddleboarding, the beach, the sun, the summer, basically anything warm :)

So we're taking two weeks off of running, last week I didn't do much I just let my body rest but this week I'm doing some cross training. So today I went swimming, my workout was 200free warm up the 10×(50m swim the shallow jog the deep) then 200free where I go from breathing every two strokes to every three etc. which I changed every 50m. Then a 100m cool down; 50free 50breaststoke.

Lifting lower body, 20min abs, then 30min workout on the eliptical.
