  • 5K: sub 20:00
  • Work up to higher mileage
  • Race a half marathon
  • Race a triathlon

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • Run a marathon.
  • Keep running and stay fit for the rest of my life.

Personal:

Just graduated from Lehi High School and am headed down to SUU this fall. Besides running I also love hiking, boating, paddleboarding, the beach, the sun, the summer, basically anything warm :)

3×800 3:04,3:04,3:12 so last one I fell off but my legs were freezing so I blame the lack of circulation lol. Side note, from Wednesday to Thursday I got 11hours of sleep but still woke up at 6:30am. Feel free to do the math there ;) and if you're wondering, it was great!

Cross fit in the morning, where I got in .75miles

Frisbee for two hours, twas quite fun.

6 mile run with Macey on the Canyon trail, which was pretty and not bad but my legs HURT! Thanks cross-fit.
