We did a speed workout today, 6×600s at 5k pace. Our pace was a 6:35-6:45 and I kept track of our 400 splits which were 1:38, 1:34, 1:35, 1:39, 1:35, 1:28 so we were right on pace. I felt super good today (I got some more iron supplements which I haven't had in a few weeks so that helped for sure) and I felt like we were working really good together as a pack. I'm getting super pumped for this season to see what we can do! |
