We treated today like a tempo run so first two miles were supposed to be 6:45-6:55 pace. First mile I think I heard someone yelling splits and we were at a 6:40 but I don't have any other splits or my time yet. During the warm up my IT Band was pretty tight and by the end of the second mile it was hurting pretty bad. So I slowed down quite a bit so that I didn't strain it any worse because I wanna be in good shape for BYU. Other than that I was feeling super good so I can't wait to see how BYU goes! Afterwards I hit up the SOLW which is terrifying at night in case anyone is wondering. |
