We did a speed workout today- 4 800s on the overpass and 2 800s on the track- my splits were 3:16 3:05 3:12 3:06 3:12 2:59 so more or less consistent. It was rainy so a bit cold at the the beginning but fairly refreshing by the end. I felt like it was a good workout we worked really well together as a pack and held our pace so that's definitely good. |
