We did the Turkey Workout today so basically 6×500 where the first 400 was at 5k pace and we sprinted the last 100. My 400 splits were 90,91,93,93,87,87 so we were ahead of pace but it felt really good. Afterwards 10mins of abs. On a side note today in sociology we watched a documentary on people living in extreme poverty in Guatemala and it really put things in perspective so today I'm #grateful that I grew up where I did and with the family I've had |
