Speed workout today-1600 1200 800 400 200 200 starting at 5k pace and dropping 5sec per 400 pace each set. Splits ended up being 6:22 4:41 2:54 81 35 35. I felt really good during the workout mentally and physically. We hit all our paces pretty much right on and everyone's looking really strong. Later tonight we had a team dinner and read some pretty heartfelt letters so shoutout to Jamie for that idea. And today I'm #grateful for all of our Veterans who do so much for our country. |
