So today was my cross training day and I decided to do a swim workout. I did 10mins of aqua jogging in the deep end as a warm up, then 8×50swim, 50kick. I finished up with another 5mins of aqua jogging in the shallow end as a nice cool down. Also I went off the high dive since we are closing soon. Like on Monday. So shout out to all the lifeguards I've had a blast with this summer and especially to my team for Indoor vs Outdoor games cuz we totally dominated!
