  • 5K: 20:20 (NXR Southwest 2015)

Short-Term Running Goals:

  • 5K: sub 20:00
  • Work up to higher mileage
  • Race a half marathon
  • Race a triathlon

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • Run a marathon.
  • Keep running and stay fit for the rest of my life.

Personal:

Just graduated from Lehi High School and am headed down to SUU this fall. Besides running I also love hiking, boating, paddleboarding, the beach, the sun, the summer, basically anything warm :)

Quality run with Gan cuz everyone else was gone. Abs, hips, and some upper body. Then ice bath in the SOLW because IT WAS ON!!! :)
