One mile warm up on the turf (shoutout to the boys for warming up with me) then we did a two mile circuit workout on the turf. We did a lot of exercises to work legs, arms, and core. Circuit workouts are definitely one of my favorites because I feel like I get a lot done. Afterwards I did 2.5 to finish up to high mileage with Bill. It was a little bit warmer than last week so that was amazing. Also I think I did a total of 60push ups so it's ok if you're intimidated by my biceps tomorrow cuz they are swol. And since its November I better say that I'm #grateful that I have a healthy enough body that I'm even able to run (since I've been mostly injury free for about a year now) that's pretty much the best. |
