It was pre meet so I warmed up a mile on the turf then ran up to the cemetery where we did our 800 (3:05) my legs were feeling pretty heavy from the speed workout but that's ok-it was slightly Lester chilly than the day before so we can call that success. Shout out to my mom cuz it's her birthday and she rocks it! And that means that I am obviously #grateful for my mom and all the support she give me! |
