First off I slept in my hammock last night, and it was totally sick even if it was rainy :) Today's workout was whistle hills-I did two sets of 15-20-25 and one set of 20-25-30 up the road/hill just above Tibble Fork. Then I finished up my run on surrounding trails. The higher altitude and bumpy trail made things pretty slow going, but I thoroughly enjoyed my run today for sure! |
