Cut back the miles today cuz of my IT Band. Its still a but sore but for the most part it's feeling pretty good. We did pre meet today, 3 strides, an 800 at goal 5k pace (3:12) and 3 practice starts with the team. I'm pretty stoked for tomorrow there's always a ton of great teams and competition there. After our run today we headed down to the SOLW and so my legs are gonna 've feeling fresh to death tomorrow! |
