My legs were feeling pretty fresh for today after a KILLER ice bath yesterday. But my race ended up not being very good~ ever since I got sick last week I haven't been feeling very good, and I haven't been able to eat as much food. So this next week I'm gonna really focus on getting in the calories and hopefully my races will start improving. Looking back on my race o definitely fell of during the second mile-that's when I lost Emily and Megan, but I got back on track pretty quickly and tried to focus on catching other teams. I felt like I was there mentally but my body was just exhausted. As for the team everyone is looking super good! Shout out to our boys team for taking fourth and Connor and Ryan for taking top 20! |
