5.5 mi with my sis on the riv trail, 9:23 pace. I could not fathom the thought of running anymore on that trail so I hit the TM for some tempo which is lame but nice for a little consistency and some T-Swift!
6 mile tempo in 40:40, 6:47ish pace? I felt good. My running is not 'awesome' right now but I'm throwing down the miles, staying injury free, and really enjoying it! I'm assuming if I cut back for a week I could probably see some real improvement but that doesn't sound very fun.:)
