Personal:
I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. planned to run 3 miles but I was a quarter mile away from my house so it became 3.25. It was way too cold to want to stop and walk once I got to 3. :) EZ pace, 8:30ish.
