Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

Same old 5 mile loop.  brrrrr I should have worn gloves!

PM:  Gym weights, 1.5 mi walk with the pup while talking to my brother, 1 mile jog!  Feeling good today pain wise and I haven't taken IB profin at all the last 2 days so that is a very good sign. :)

I always need gloves when it's cooler, and an ear warmer!

Good sign indeed! So happy to hear you're feeling good!

When the temp dips below 50s I bring out the gloves! :)

Rachelle, you need to update your PRs on the left! I hear you on the recovery. I lost 7 lbs yesterday, and I estimate a few weeks of my life-span. I'm glad you are feeling mostly back to normal a couple weeks out. Easy does it for a bit. I would hate for you to come up lame. Give your body a chance to assimilate your gains, and then hit it up for another training cycle when a marathon tickles your fancy.
