Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

weights (shoulders & chest), 14 minutes elliptical.

6 mile tempo run.  1 mile warm up 8:04, 4 miles @ 7:07 pace, 1 mile cooldown 8:04.  All at 1% incline.  This workout was a mini confidence booster as it felt fairly easy to maintain the tempo pace.  My confidence has been lacking since the Nebo half so I am glad to see a glimmer of hope. :)

I still think I am capable of 3:20 at SGM!!  Anyone else shooting for that time and want to work together?

Well that is cool you felt great during your tempo. :)

I wish I could pace with you. But I would mentally beat myself up if I don't try to get a new marathon PR. :( One of these races we shall!

I think you will surprise yourself at SG. NICE to have confidence runs. My brain tends to forget that it ran a good race then after a few days I wonder if I can run fast again, so I completely get what you mean about Mt Nebo-- we did run fast didn't we? I can't remember :D.
