Took the dogs to the Salem Hills track with the great intent of getting the dogs some exercise and doing a very easy recover run after yesterdays 20 miler. Note to self: The track is not a good place for a recovery run. 7:34, 7:17, 7:06, 6:54, overall average 7:13.
The weird thing is that I didn't feel like I was pushing too hard the entire time and my breathing was very controlled. Hopefully this means I'm getting in better shape. |
