20 minutes weights. Finally worked my legs. Walking lunges, and squats. I am sore already.
8 miles on the treadmill. I sprinted out the last .10 of each mile just to keep myself entertained. Averaged an 8 minute pace for the run.
PM: Loving the heat wave in UT. 2 mile easy run with the pup, 8:30 pace. It felt great to be outside. |
