I know all about the sore butt thing. All to much.

seriously not looking forward to adding in my legs to my weight workouts I just started. How ever do you run with the soreness? seriously Rachelle and all you other weightlifters.

HA! I like the one sore butt. I did Jillian's shred Monday and didn't think it was bad at all - until I can barely move my butt today! YIKES! The 2nd day is always the worst.

I think running after doing weights helps flush out the lactic acid and keeps the soreness away...you'll have to let me know if it does.
