Nice easy run on the Canyon loop with the canal to end. Beautiful and relaxed. Strangely sore, but still 'twas a good run.

Ran a half hour with Grace, a little better this time than last. Then I added on a couple miles afterwards out to the temple and back. Feeling good today. After work, I did the drill workout and circuit at the fieldhouse. Fun fun fun.

What a great day! Ran early in the rain and I just felt so awesome! Ran fast just for the fun of it and then did my 5x30 second pushes at 800 effort. If running was like this every day, I would run hundreds of miles every week. So great. NL loooooop.

My mom came to visit and I worked lots, so I didn't run in the morning or afternoon. Just did an easy half hour in the evening, the last 20 minutes with Grace. My legs are a bit tight from yesterday's gallivanting. Tomorrow I will do the drill workout again and on Saturday I will do my 70 minute run.
