| I had to practice for singing Valentines right after school, so I ran after practicing. I was frustrated, so I ran fast - especially the first couple of miles. I ran out by Annie's house. Since I ran pretty fast, the middle was really exhausting, whew. (No weights - 'twas closed). | Add Comment |

| Ally, Jeff and I ran the Bank/Mall run. My left knee and hip have been bugging me - esp. my knee ITB and PT. Yuk. I don't know what to do - I iced them yesterday, but they're still dumb. When we ran past the speed-clocking sign, I got up to 16 mph!! Avg. 7:24/mi - pretty good! | Add Comment |

| Since I missed hills yesterday, I ran out to Sunrise tire and ran the hill 5 times. I didn't push as hard as I should've, so my workout was only ok - kinda frustrating. I ran fast on the way home because of it. | Add Comment |

| I went and ran the river run, I ran the first mile and a half with Nikki J, then she turned around, so I ran the rest alone. My stomach was really upset and sloshy as I ran - I had to use the restroom twice (Carl's Jr. and Ally's house) because of it. Not so great, but a good slow run, I guess. | Add Comment |
