I ran Foremaster - the hill was killer! :) I picked up my pace for the second half and it was a good workokut - my right foot went numb for the last  2 miles - it was wierd maybe it's my new shoes...? Lifted weights: All 3x10: LE-7, LC-9, LP-90, BP-50, SQ-75, ABS-5.

I ran with my orthotics today, they felt odd, I don't know if I like them.  I ran a mile with Amanda Lusk around the track, then ran the DI loop pretty fast.

We ran to "the hill" and I ran it 3 times, then we (Jeff, Austin and Josh) ran back to the school ultra-fast! Hard workout, but it felt pretty good.

I ran the Green Springs 6 miler, Ashley Judd ran with me to 2.5 then turned around. Coach ran with us/me from about 1.5 to 3 - he went 9 not 6. The way out was kind of slow, but back in was fast fast!! :) Lifted: All 3x10: LE-7, LC-9, LP-90, BP-50, SQ-75, ABS-5.

Took a day off...I guess... but I did go on a bike ride, so that was fun. And I bought "new" shoes- Asics 2100 Men's 8.5 - like before I got the 2110's on Oct. 1. I love them!
