What a great, cold, crazy, great run! Headed out right before the storm rolled in, but fortunately had dressed warmer than I thought I'd need. Ran up to the Bonneville trail and out to the Green Canyon entrance, then on the way back I took a little single track trail along the BST, which was super awesome. I liked it lots. Got totally drenched but it was pretty fun. Felt surprisingly good! (K2 694)

Weights and stretching later.

are you racing on Saturday? do you know what time your event(s) are scheduled? My son has a tennis invite all day but there will be breaks so I thought I might come and watch yours and Paul's races if they are during his match breaks. Is the schedule posted somewhere at USU? good luck and remember our USU creed.

Yes, I'll be racing the steeplechase! And the schedule is here: http://runnercard.com/runner/data/10100/2565/Schedule/FaldmoSch10.pdf

Hope to see you on Saturday!

hmmm, I'll probably miss watching the steeple since I have something going on during the morning. Tell your coaches to put lots of bodies in the men's 5000m. I need a crowd to drag me around the track and push me along when I start crying. After 9 years of not racing on a track, I might accidentally go the wrong way. But I'll be sporting the brand-new StG Running Center singlet, yeah.

Hey Ruth!! Long time no see! I'm actually not doing track :( I'm training with my parents again.

Hey I'm assuming that students get into the meet free right? I'm planning on going to watch.

I always run that singletrack trail along BST rather than the wide path. Of course, that singletrack was the only trail at all until about 3 years ago.

Good luck this weekend.
