Weight lifting at 6:30 am. Eew. Went back to bed after.
Woo! First full workout back and it went pretty well! Started off with a 6 minute warmup on my own, then a 10 minute jog out with the team. On the way back, we ran at 30 minute effort, not too bad. Then we did 8x400's together with a 400m (one lap walk, one jog) recovery w/ GP 1:12 - 1:20. Times were 1:15, 1:16, 1:14, 1:13, 1:12, 1:12, 1:13 and 1:13. Ow! Awesome, though my legs are thoroughly thrashed. Coaches say that I might even race the 3k this weekend at Boise if it all works out. :) Cooled down a half mile indoors, then outside for 9 minutes.
