Warmed up on the time trial course with 30:00 @GP 7:20-7:40 with the team to start off, we hit something closer to 7:05's, but it felt pretty relaxed. Then I put some spikes on for the 9x400's @GP 80-82s w/90s rest between. Times were: 81, 79, 80, 80, 79, 80, 78, 79, 79. Felt kinda ambivalent about these. My calves and hamstrings were really tight and tired throughout, but aerobically I felt great for the most part. On the last 3 or so I started to feel more fatigued, but still nothing too significant. Cooled down 1.75 on the big grass loop, by the end the legs were dead and the foot hated me. (K3 536.5) |
