Ran a PR of 11:36 in the 3200m in the morning and kept my ranking of 6th. Felt really good about that race, pushed it really well, I battled this Logan girl most of the race and beat her in the end! Then I sucked in the 800m, well not that bad, but it feels like it, got a 2:23 and placed way crappy. I did pretty well on the first lap, but I just didn't start kicking it in until the 200 and even then I didn't have any heart in it, I felt like I had already given up and that's something I vow to never do again.

hey thanks ruthie. but you did way awsome in the 2 mile and the 8 even if you think you didnt do that well it was still a valiant effort. those were some really tuff schools to beat, and you totally kicked some butt out thier in the 2 and 8.
