Nice and easy, same run as on Monday. Ran w/ Fre for the first 2.5, first half was kinda fast, but second half was slow. Left hamstring was acting up on the way back and foot unhappy esp. w/ having to stop-and-go lots with my bad luck at the traffic lights today. And I noticed that I got a bruise from pinching my sideache yesterday! Ouch! Still sore and tired. Avg. 7:59/mi. (Alchemy  356)

Sorry to hear your hamstring was acting up, mine has too. Hey I am cool with however much you want to do of the course. What were you thinking? I usually like to get 13-15 right now on saturdays but I can always add on after we run. Should we go around 6:30, would that give you enough time or we can go earlier if needed.

6:30 sounds great, I'm not sure I should bump it all the way up to 13 after a couple of tapering weeks, but lets plan on the whole 13.1 course and if I'm feeling good, I'll go the whole thing and if I'm feeling crappy I'll skip out on the Bloomington Loop when we get there. Then you can add whatever you want after if you are itching to go more. Meet you at the Dixie Center on Saturday!
