In Provo, ran around BYU and Seven Peaks area for a while. I wanted to run up to the Y, but I thought better of it after seeing how steep the mountain is...saw some cute little kids selling kool-aid and otterpops which was fun. The cooler weather was nice, I'm going to have some fun getting time to run everyday while I'm on vacation to Boise (to visit my sister).

Wasatch Back practise is mondays 7am at Wells Fargo (corner of river road and riverside drive) and wednesdays at 8PM little valley stake center (west side river road, 1/2 mile south of virgin river bridge).

If you are airborne at all while running up to the Y, it is equivalent to 6:00 flat pace. I do not know anybody who has not broken 19:00 in a 5 K who could stay airborne all the way.
