Warmup was ok, but the stomach was horrible, upheavals and downheavals felt imminent for the entirety of the workout. 200m hillx8 - 52, 56, 57, 58, 59, 59, 61, 60. 100m hillx4 - 29, 28, 27, 25. Ran back with Hannah and barely made it, my guts were churning so horribly. Ugh. |
