Crap crap crap. Woo woo woo! Warmed up .5 grass loop and 2 backwards DI loop, then 4x800m grass loop repeats. They were no fun at all. 1- 2:40 - The first half of this one felt good. I think I was too excited and went too fast on this one.
2- 2:48 - Feeling ok, but kinda tired out and finding it hard to push much.
3- 2:52 - What the Fenja?! I suck.... eew.
4- 2:51 - At least I got better than the previous one? Still uber-crappy and feeling lame. After I cooled down on a backwards big grass loop, lifted and ran a lap barefoot on the track after to get the legs moving again. (DST 336.8)
