Ally is back to visit! Yay! She came and ran with us today and it was so much fun. And the weather was so nice! Ran the Washington Parkway loop, it was a great run. Kept it easy on the way out, then picked it up a little on all the downhills on the way back. I love this run! Avg. 7:29/mi. After, I lifted - the usual, then backwards big grass loop to cool down. Noticed that you usually do a "backwards big grass loop" after lifting. Can you describe exactly what that is and what the purpose is?

(Sorry if you've previously explained .... I'm relatively in to FRB.)

Hope the new shoes make the difference and your feet a feeling better soon!
