Split the run up today, since I didn't plan enough time this morning for everything before worktimes. This morning I did 8 miles out to the end of the planet walk and back home. My right achilles and left foot were buggy for the middle section, but felt ok by the end. After work and some relaxing, I did another 2.25 miles and did my 5x30s pushes at 800 effort. Felt good. Wore my orthotics for this run, haven't done that in a while. No pain in the achilles, but still some non-sesamoid foot pain. Meh. (K3 78.3)

Good seeing you this week Ruth. Have fun back up in Logan. Enjoy the cold weather - yes, I would call it cold this time of year compared to 110+!
