Morning run from the Dixie Center with Marcie, Cheri and Stacy. Felt good, not really very eventful, but it was fun to run with a group of ladies (Thanks Marcie!) and chat on an easy run. They ran the Painter's course, but I decided against it with my foot being how it is, so I cut out the out-and-back and the Bloomington loop for a shorter run. I was hoping it was 7, but it was shorter, so only 6.5 for me. Avg. 7:41/mi (DS2 23)

Hey looks like you had a good run so good job! You are still so fast with having an easy run and a crap foot, and sometimes its nice to stop and smell the roses every once in a while. :)

Good job...please tell me this foot thing will pass quickly! Be smart about it and remember Painters is cool, but track is WAY more important!
